• Choose the item that you believe to be incorrect.
• Click on "Request an Investigation" blue navigation bar at the top of your report.
• Choose the appropriate reason why the item is not correct.
• Determine if additional comments are needed to further explain why an item is not correct.
• Confirm the dispute reason or make any appropriate changes.
Keep in mind all dispute processes can take up to 30 days. You have the option to receive results of your dispute by U.S. mail or e-mail.
