Divorce 'makes men richer'
"It makes financial sense for men to divorce or leave their partners, a study
has found.
Men who stay married invariably end up poorer than those who leave their live-in
partners, according to social researcher Cecile Bourreau-Dubois.
Mrs Dubois found that the effect of divorce on a man's bank balance even outweighed
the financial benefits of either partner getting a better job."
